We’re Alec Rezac and Caiden Tinant, co-owners of Black Hills Concrete Coatings. Born and raised around Rapid City, we started the company with a shared respect for craftsmanship, quality work, and the outdoors.

Caiden brings hands-on experience in concrete coatings, including work at the Yellowstone Club and managing a hotel renovation. He focuses on precise surface preparation and applying durable, long-lasting finishes. Alec manages operations, client communication, and project coordination, ensuring every job runs smoothly from start to finish.

We are fully licensed and insured, and we believe in doing things the right way—prioritizing quality over quantity and treating every home as if it were our own.

Outside of work, Caiden is an avid rock climber and Alec enjoys snowboarding. Our connection to the outdoors influences how we approach our work: with discipline, attention to detail, and respect for every project we take on.
